Terry Kirkwood
Since graduating from Glasgow School of Art in 1971, I have exhibited widely throughout the British Isles and in New York. I have work in many private and corporate collections both at home and abroad including those of the Duke and Duchess of Richmond at Goodwood, Diageo and throughout the five star Ingliston Equestrian Centre. I have exhibited at the Royal Scottish Academy, the Royal Glasgow Institute of the Fine Arts and the Paisley Art Institute.
I work happily in watercolour, oil and and mixed media. My artwork often includes animals with a series of brush drawings or studies forming the seedcorn for larger more decorative canvases or panels. Politics, religion and the human condition have always been included in my extensive range of subjects. If it moves me, I paint it!
